The seeds for this company were laid long before it's creation. It goes back to 1989, when Steve and Dana purchased their first home. The experience was difficult and emotionally taxing, but in the end they realized the American dream of owning a home. It was a feeling neither of them would ever forget.

It was this experience that would become the driving force from Steve and Dana to create a different kind of mortgage company.
